GamePlan: Calendar Syncing (“the App”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App.
1. Information we do not collect
- We do not collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, phone number, or location.
- We do not track your activity across other apps or websites.
2. Information the App processes locally
All calendar data, ICS links, and sync settings you enter into the App remain on your device and within your personal iCloud account. This information is never transmitted to our servers—we do not operate servers that store your data. The only exception is a schedule you choose to import from a photo or PDF, described below.
3. Third-party services
The App may access remote ICS calendar feeds (e.g., from sports scheduling apps, school websites, or other services) solely to sync events to your selected iCloud calendar. These requests are made directly from your device to the source of the ICS file. We do not intercept, log, or store this data.
Photo and PDF import
When you import a schedule by taking a photo or choosing a PDF, the App sends that image or document to Google Gemini solely to read the events from it. It is discarded immediately after processing. It is not stored by GamePlan or LAND MK 1, and no person at GamePlan or LAND MK 1 sees it or has access to it. Nothing is sent unless you choose to import a photo or PDF.
4. Children’s privacy
Because we do not collect personal information, the App is suitable for users of all ages, including children under 13, in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and provide the new version on our website or App Store listing.
