Events aren’t showing up in Calendar
- Make sure GamePlan can use your calendars: in Settings, go to Privacy & Security → Calendars → GamePlan, and choose Full Access.
- In the Calendar app, tap Calendars and check that the calendar the team syncs to is turned on.
- Open the team in GamePlan and tap Sync Now. If the sync fails, the team’s calendar link may have changed. Copy a fresh link from your team app and edit the team.
Someone in my family can’t see the events
- Check that the calendar is an iCloud calendar, not one stored only on your iPhone.
- In the Calendar app, tap the info button next to the calendar and make sure they’re listed under Shared With.
- Ask them to accept the invitation. It arrives in the Calendar app and by email.
The schedule isn’t updating
- Turn on Background App Refresh for GamePlan in Settings → General → Background App Refresh.
- iOS decides when background syncs run, so they can be delayed when your battery is low or you haven’t used the app in a while. Opening GamePlan syncs any team that hasn’t synced in the last couple of hours.
- To sync right away, swipe right on a team on the dashboard.
I want to remove GamePlan’s events
When you delete a team, choose Delete Subscription + Events to remove its events too. To clear GamePlan’s events from a calendar later, open GamePlan’s settings with the gear button and use Clean Calendar.
Restoring or managing your subscription
If you bought Unlimited on another device or reinstalled the app, open GamePlan’s settings and tap Restore Purchases. To change or cancel your subscription, tap Manage Subscription there, or go to your Apple Account in the Settings app.
